The first step in mediation is to attend an Information and Assessment Meeting which gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation with a mediator, find out about the mediation process, ask any questions, and decide with the mediator’s help whether mediation would be suitable in your situation. We will also check to see if you are eligible for free Legally Aided mediation and, if not, let you know exactly what the costs would be. You can attend this meeting individually or with the other party. For further information see ‘What happens at the Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting?’ in FAQs or ‘Contact Us’ to discuss.
If you are interested in our service but perhaps find it difficult to discuss this with the other party, we can contact them to explain the mediation process and encourage their participation. Whatever the dispute, we genuinely care and are dedicated to helping you if we can.
To request an appointment just complete and submit the form below and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Alternatively you can call us or download a form here and email, fax or post it to us.
